A 45-minute session on December 8 to explore questions about the future of the office under the current global context.
Will the quick fix of widespread working from home become a fixture over the longer term? And, will it lead to a drop in demand for office space? Are you able to sign contract leases for the next 10 years to come? How can technology quickly shift and provide innovative solutions?

This by-invitation-only session will include:

  • An insight sharing fireside chat about “the future of the office” and the identified acceleration of trends.

  • Round table discussions moderated by leading industry experts with a special focus on questions such as what’re the value-adding factors to offices? How to adapt current investment portfolio strategies to the new demands of tenant? Will investors consider data or PropTech as a must for their recovery?
